In order to get Backup Radar to successfully monitor your CrashPlan backups, you will need to login to your CrashPlan portal and direct the "Status Report" email to your @backupradar.net mailbox.
The setup of the report in question is detailed in the below KB article:
Additionally, the status report is only sent to the CrashPlan owner account email. So you will have to change the owner account email address to your @backupradar.net email address. Alternatively, you could change the email to an address you own and then redirect the status report emails to your @backupradar.net email address (Please note it cannot be forwarded as the HTML structure of the email will change when forwarded)
Also, please note this is the user generated report (Subject of the email is: CrashPlan for Small Business Backup Report), and not the admin report (Subject of the email is: CrashPlan for Small Business Admin Backup Status Report)
