CrashPlan Small Business - Email Notifications Setup

In order to get Backup Radar to successfully monitor your CrashPlan backups, you will need to login to your CrashPlan portal and direct the "Status Report" email to your Backup Radar mailbox. 

 

The setup of the report in question is detailed in the below KB article:

Additionally, the status report is only sent to the CrashPlan owner account email. So you will have to change the owner account email address to your Backup Radar email address. Alternatively, you could change the email to a distribution group email address and add your Backup Radar email address to this distribution group. 

 

Also, please note this is the user generated report (Subject of the email is: CrashPlan for Small Business Backup Report), and not the admin report (Subject of the email is: CrashPlan for Small Business Admin Backup Status Report)
