Backup Radar now has Automatic Ticketing profiles available for use. The purpose behind this feature is that many service providers have more than one backup product in use and may want to group tickets differently based on the product.
You will see a default profile that had your existing settings in it:
You can then create a new profile or modify the existing one.
For example for Veeam we may want to group tickets by Job Name and for MSP Backup it may be better to group tickets by Device Name as shown below:
Notice the changes we made when creating a new ticketing profile to handle the MSP Backup tickets:
We can also choose not to enable Automatic closing as well if we don't want the system to auto close these tickets.
