You can create custom email notifications to alert specific addresses based on specific criteria. This will not affect automatic ticketing settings.
From Main Navigation, got to Email Notifications. You can create as many rules here as needed.
Create your rule using the Options available below:
One example would be if you wanted to set an email to go out if certain workstations have not produced a result in 3 days. If you've already created a tag for those workstations (Group 1 in this example), then your rule would be set up similar to the image below. You could also set this to all workstations under Device Type in lieu of using a tag.
