If you have a duplicate ShadowProtect device name across 2 or more clients, you can add a suffix to distinguish between the backups in the Backup Radar system.
1. Click on Options then Agent Options
2. Under Custom Subject Suffix and -ClientName.
3. Run the backup job again and once the email comes through it will be ready to activate in the system with DeviceName-ClientName in the system.
