In order to get Backup Radar to successfully monitor your Ninja RMM backups, you will need to login to your Ninja RMM portal and direct the email notifications to your Backup Radar mailbox.
If you do not know your Backup Radar email address, this can be found in app by navigating to Configuration > Mailboxes. For more detailed steps please see: How to view your email mailbox in app
First we will need to create an email channel to send to your Backup Radar email address. This can be done by navigating to Administration > Apps > Notification Channels. Here click the "Add" button and select "Email". Add your Backup Radar email address to the necessary field.
Next we will need to assign this notification channel to your notifications. This can be done by navigating to Policies > Agent Policies. You will then need to assign the channel you have created in the above steps to the below notifications:
With these enabled you should receive the "Activity Notifications" to your Backup Radar mailbox the next time these are triggered.
